warrior 1 - 60 sec
warrior 2 - 60 sec
lunge - 60 sec
lunge and twist - 60 sec
pigeon pose - 60 sec
downward pose - 30 sec
bow pose - 30 sec
child pose - 30 sec
reclining pose - 30 sec

The app is really simple and effective: it shows you the current position, the next position and it counts the time for you. You will know what and when to change and how much time you have.

Decent poses, no music
This app gives you a series of 14 basic yoga poses but does not allow you to stream music in the background. Ill be deleting it.
Simple...
This app allows the user to get a good yoga stretch in 7 minutes. Good way to get your flexibility goal started. The timer allows you to see how much longer to hold the pose. App allows user to set time between poses to get in position. Simple and solid.
